Summary

Notice: when you agree to the terms of service, you are agreeing to the actual Terms of Service below. This summary is provided as a convenience for non-lawyers who want to know the gist of the agreement without actually reading it.

• You agree to abide by the site’s Terms of Service. We may change the Terms of Service as necessary. The current Terms of Service will always be available on the site.
• If you are under the age of 18, you are not permitted to be a member.
• Breaking any of the rules in the Terms of Service will make you eligible for banning or other punishment, at the forum management’s discretion.
• No rule lawyering — if the management tells you to stop doing something, stop. Attempting to claim, through loopholes in the phrasing of the rules, that you were doing nothing wrong, will be considered a banning offense.
• No spamming, trolling, or flaming.
• Do not abuse the “Report Post” mechanism.
• The forum has a structure for a reason. Don’t post things to the “wrong” section.
• Some forum sections may have their own, additional rules, which will be posted in those sections. When posting there, obey both these rules and the additional rules.
• Your profile data must be either accurate or withheld. If you lie in your profile, you are eligible to be banned if we find out about it. If we get sued or otherwise legally threatened, we have the right to reveal anything we know about you (such as the IP address you’ve been posting from). (We’ll try not to invoke this one — you can help us by not breaking the rules.)
• Do not post material which eroticizes minors. (For purposes of this board, anyone under 18 years of age is a minor.)
• When you post anything to this site, you have the responsibility for it. Don’t post harmful or misleading material. Don’t post fictional material without a clear label as such (except in the stories section, where all material is presumed to be fictional). Don’t break any laws in your jurisdiction or ours (effectively, we are in California, because that’s where the hosting is) in your posts. Don’t post other people’s copyrighted (or patented) materials.
• You give us permanent permission to retain your posts on the Internet for free. (But not to sell them, and we don’t own them. You have merely given us permission to use them.) If you don’t want other people to read your posts for free, don’t post them. If this site shuts down, we can transfer our rights to all the posts, from everybody, to some other site (but not for money, and we have to give away everything at once).

Terms of Service

Your use of our Internet site(s) is subject to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). We may modify these Terms at any time without notice to you by posting revised Terms on our site(s). Your use of our site(s) constitutes your binding acceptance of these Terms, including any modifications that we make.

User Agreement for the MaleMuscleGrowth.org forums

This message forum, and other user contributed/comment areas ("Forums") are provided as a service to members of our community. By using or participating on the Forums, you agree to this User Agreement including but not limited to the Rules of Conduct and the Terms of Service stated below. For purposes of this agreement, "User" refers to any individual posting on or otherwise using the Forums and "MMGO" refers to any or all of the MaleMuscleGrowth.org management and their authorized representatives.

MMGO reserves the right to change the Rules of Conduct, Terms of Service and all other parts of this User Agreement at its sole discretion and without notice.

As a standard operating procedure, MMGO does not enter into correspondence, discussions or other communication, either public or private, about MMGO management policies, individual moderators, enforcement or application of the User Agreement, bans or other sanctions, etc.

Rules of Conduct

User agrees not to post material that is knowingly false and/or defamatory, misleading, inaccurate, abusive, hateful, harassing, obscene, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, that otherwise violates any law, or that encourages conduct constituting a criminal offense.

User agrees not to post any material that is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right without the express permission of the owner(s) of said copyright, trademark or other proprietary right.

User agrees not to use nicknames that might be deemed abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise inappropriate. User agrees not to use nicknames that might mislead other Users. This includes but is not limited to using nicknames that impersonate MMGO staff or other Users, or other individuals outside of MMGO.

User agrees not to post material which best fits the given designation of one section of the Forums to another section of the Forums of which the designation does not fit.

User agrees not to post material in any section of the Forums which does not conform to any additional rules posted by MMGO in that section of the Forum.

User agrees to obey any rules which are posted by MMGO to any section of the Forums when posting material to that section of the Forums.

Service Agreement

User acknowledges and agrees that use of the MMGO Boards is a privilege, not a right, and that MMGO has the right, at its sole discretion, to revoke this privilege at any time without notice or reason. User agrees that this Agreement in its entirety applies to both public and private messages.

User agrees and acknowledges that any posts, nicknames or other material deemed offensive, harassing, baiting or otherwise inappropriate may be removed at the sole discretion of MMGO. User also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MMGO and our agents with respect to any claims based upon or arising from the transmission and/or content of your message(s).

MMGO has the right but not the obligation to monitor and/or moderate the Forums, and offers no assurances in this regard.

Any User who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us. We have the ability to remove messages and we will make every effort to do so within a reasonable time if we determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realize that we may not be able to act immediately. Removal of messages is at the sole discretion of MMGO.

The appropriate individual to contact on the subject of post removal or revision is the site administrator.

MMGO reserves the right to reveal the identity of and/or whatever information we know about any User in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by said User.

Advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes and other commercial solicitations are inappropriate on the Forums.

MMGO does not permit children under the age of 18 to become members on our service.

MMGO is not responsible for the content posted by MMGO members or visitors on any area of the Forums. The opinions and views expressed by MMGO's members or visitors do not necessarily represent those of MMGO and MMGO does not verify, endorse, or vouch for the content of such page(s). Further, MMGO is not responsible for the delivery or quality of any goods or services sold or advertised by MMGO Users. If you believe that any of the content posted by our members or visitors violates your proprietary rights, including copyrights, please contact the site administrator identified on our site.

You are solely and fully responsible for any content that you post any area of our site. We do not regularly review the contents of materials posted by our members or other visitors to our site. We strictly prohibit the posting of the following types of content on all areas of our sites:

• Material that violates local, state and national laws.
• Any material that violates or infringes in any way upon the proprietary rights of others, including, without limitation, copyright or trademark rights. If you don't own the copyright or have express authorization and documented permission to use it, don't put it on the Forums (if you do have express permission you must say so clearly). MMGO will at its discretion terminate the memberships of, and remove the messages of, infringers.
• Any material that is threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, or otherwise objectionable; including posting other peoples' private information.
• Content that promotes, encourages, or provides instructional information about illegal activities.
• Fraudulent material or activity.

We reserve the right to monitor, and to investigate any complaints regarding any content of User postings, and to take appropriate action if MMGO finds violations of these Terms of Service. In the case of any such complaint, MMGO reserves the right to remove the content complained of while the MMGO member and the complaining party attempt to resolve their dispute. This could result in User posts(s) being removed from MMGO for as long as it takes to resolve the dispute. MMGO also reserves the right to terminate the membership or otherwise remove privileges from any User who repeatedly issues complaints about content which are determined to be groundless.

MMGO is the final arbiter of what IS and IS NOT allowed on our site. Further, MMGO reserves the right to modify or remove anything submitted to MMGO, and to cancel any membership, at any time for any reason without prior notice. MMGO is not obliged to maintain back-up copies of any material submitted or posted on our site.

You grant to MMGO and its affiliates a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, nonexclusive, worldwide, unrestricted license to use, copy, modify, transmit, distribute, and publicly perform or display the submitted pages or other content for the purposes of displaying such information on MMGO's sites and for the promotion and marketing of MMGO's services. MMGO disclaims ownership of User posts and will not resell or otherwise convey these. This license may be transferred by MMGO to another entity, provided that such transfer is of all content of all Users in toto and there is no compensation.

Misc.

MMGO makes no guarantee of availability of service and reserves the right to change, withdraw, suspend, or discontinue any functionality or feature of the MMGO service. IN NO EVENT WILL MMGO BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE MMGO'S SERVICES OR ANY CONTENT THEREON FOR ANY REASON INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, MMGO'S REMOVAL OR DELETION OF ANY MATERIALS OR RECORDS SUBMITTED OR POSTED ON MMGO'S SITE FOR ANY REASON. THIS DISCLAIMER APPLIES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, TO ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, CAUSED; ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE; ERROR; OMISSION; INTERRUPTION; DELETION; DEFECT; DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION; COMPUTER VIRUS; FILE CORRUPTION; COMMUNICATION-LINE FAILURE; NETWORK OR SYSTEM OUTAGE; OR THEFT, DESTRUCTION, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, ALTERATION OF, OR USE OF ANY RECORD.

The formation, construction and interpretation of this agreement shall be controlled by the laws of the State of California, as such law applies to agreements between California residents entered into and to be performed within State of California. Any dispute relating to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in the State of California, USA, and the parties agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts.

MMGO reserves the right to change or amend these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. By registering and/or submitting any content, including without limitation, message-board postings, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Service.
